Sentinel Capital completed the acquisition of ECM Industries from Genstar Capital.

Sentinel Capital Partners, a private investment firm, completed the acquisition of ECM Industries, a manufacturer and supplier of electrical products from private equity firm Genstar Capital. Financial terms were not disclosed. "My team and I are very excited to work with Sentinel again, who understands our industry and has a proven track record with us as investment partners," Mike Masino, ECM CEO.
