Bidvest completed the acquisition of PHS Group from Anchorage Capital Group and M&G Investments for $646m.

Bidvest Group, a services, trading, and distribution company, completed the acquisition of PHS Group, a provider of janitorial services, from investment management firms Anchorage Capital Group and M&G Investments for $646m. "Bidvest is an excellent owner for PHS.
