Vividthree to acquire DarkBox.

Vividthree, a holding company which through its subsidiaries, produces and distributes motion pictures agreed to acquire DarkBox Studio, a creator of comics animation for the Web and various social media platforms. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition is expected to provide the group with more IP titles to increase its revenue stream," Vividthree.
