Portobello Capita and Easo Ventures completed the acquisition of USA Group for $56m.

Portobello Capita and Easo Ventures, two Spanish private equity firms, completed the acquisition of USA Group, a niche family-owned industrial company dedicated to the manufacture of precision metal parts primarily for the automotive sector, for $56m. “We are delighted to enter a niche industrial company with the design, engineering and product quality of USA Group. There is a lot of value in the company and great potential for organic growth by boosting commercial and inorganic activity, with very interesting opportunities to consolidate the market," Juan Luis Ramírez, Portobello Capital Partner.
