Portobello Capita and Easo Ventures, two Spanish private equity firms, completed the acquisition of USA Group, a niche family-owned industrial company dedicated to the manufacture of precision metal parts primarily for the automotive sector, for $56m. “We are delighted to enter a niche industrial company with the design, engineering and product quality of USA Group.
