Northland Properties completed the acquisition of Grouse Mountain Resort from CM.

Northland Properties, the parent company of multiple hotel chains, restaurants and sports teams, completed the acquisition of Grouse Mountain Resort, a ski resort, from CM (Canada) Asset Management, a provider of investment services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We welcome the opportunity to join Canada’s fastest growing hospitality group.
