OpenGate-backed Sargent & Greenleaf, which manufactures mechanical and electronic locks for safes, vaults, and safe deposit boxes, completed the acquisition of Delaney, a provider of security-related hardware products, from HCI Equity Partners, a lower middle-market private equity firm.
