Harvest Health & Recreation completed the merger with Interurban Capital Group in a $63m deal.

Harvest Health & Recreation, a vertically integrated cannabis company, completed the merger with Interurban Capital Group, a management services company, in a $63m deal. Harvest said in a release that the acquisition will expand its reach, with rights to operate more than 210 cannabis facilities across the US.
