Sykes Holiday Cottages to acquire Pure Cottages Group from LDC.

Sykes Holiday Cottages, an independent holiday home provider, agreed to acquire Pure Cottages Group, a collection of five luxury holiday rental agencies, from private equity firm Lloyds Development Capital. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The Pure Cottages Group is well established in some of the UK’s most popular holiday hotspots, so the deal bolsters our range of premium holiday homes in Cumbria, Cornwall and the Cotswold," Graham Donoghue, Sykes Holiday Cottages CEO.
