Arthur J. Gallagher completed the acquisition of a minority stake in SP&G Insurance Brokers.

Arthur J. Gallagher, a global insurance brokerage, risk management and consulting services firm, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in SP&G Insurance Brokers, a multi-discipline commercial insurance broker. Financial terms were not disclosed.
