Women's Health Connecticut completed the acquisition of Women's Health of Central Massachusetts.

Women's Health Connecticut, a company specializing in women’s health physician networks, completed the acquisition of Women's Health of Central Massachusetts, a provider of obstetric, gynecologic, mammography, and laboratory services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Always professional and responsive to our concerns, Provident managed to understand the complexity of our organization with 12 partners.
