SRK Legal Aid completed the acquisition of BSA.

SRK Legal Aid, an international mining consultancy firm, completed the acquisition of BSA, a legal service provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. With the acquisition of BSA, SRK Group will offer a broad range of legal services with 120 employees.
