The Loar Group, a diversified manufacturer and supplier, completed the acquisition of Pacific Piston Ring, an aerospace company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “PPR fits well with our strategy of adding niche capabilities and proprietary products to our portfolio while continuing to add to Loar’s overall diversity of product applications across a broad variety of aircraft platforms.
