The Loar Group completed the acquisition of Pacific Piston Ring.

The Loar Group, a diversified manufacturer and supplier, completed the acquisition of Pacific Piston Ring, an aerospace company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “PPR fits well with our strategy of adding niche capabilities and proprietary products to our portfolio while continuing to add to Loar’s overall diversity of product applications across a broad variety of aircraft platforms. As an organization we deliver greater than 50% of our sales in the aftermarket. PPR will further strengthen this attribute and strategic focus of Loar,” Dirkson Charles, Loar Group CEO.
