Crossplane Capital completed the acquisition of TransAxle from Graham Partners.

Crossplane Capital Management, an American private equity firm, completed the acquisition of TransAxle, the US automotive components provider, from Graham Partners, a middle-market private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With its market leading position as a value-added aftermarket distributor and remanufacturer of heavy-duty truck transmissions and differentials to customers nationwide, we believe TransAxle is a unique asset.
