S4 Capital completed the acquisition of Circus Marketing.

S4 Capital, a United Kingdom-based company that provides digital advertising and marketing services, completed the acquisition of Circus Marketing, an integrated digital agency. Financial terms were not disclosed. Circus Marketing will strengthen the groups’ content offering within the LatAm region, with the digital agency headquartered in Mexico City and projecting revenues of $38m and a gross profit of $20m for last year, according to the announcement.
