Nimbus completed the acquisition of Paralloy and FVC from Doncasters.

Nimbus, a hands-on investor, completed the acquisition of Paralloy, a manufacturer of tubes and components, and FVC, a manufacturer of high-quality compressor and exhaust casings, from Doncasters, a manufacturer of precision components and assemblies. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This is good news for our business.
