Investment companies Trocadero Capital Partners and DealbyDeal completed the acquisition of Telstar, a pumping solutions provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. Management intends to continue this development in the coming years mainly through selected acquisitions and thanks to an increasing regulation related to discharges of water containing suspended substances.
