Induplast completed the acquisition of Verve from Versiglia family.

Induplast, a family-run business specialising in the design and manufacturing of plastic containers for cosmetic, toiletry, personal and hair care and pharmaceutical industries, completed the acquisition of Verve, a plastic fabrication company, from Versiglia family. Financial terms were not disclosed. The combination of Induplast and Verve will offer customers increased production technologies of injection molding, blow molding and stretch blow molding, with an expanded catalog of packaging products and distribution channels, across three production and logistic sites, plus a modern workshop for the creation of molds.
