Freeman Spogli completed the acquisition of Easy Ice from Saratoga.

Freeman Spogli, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Easy Ice, a provider of commercial ice machine rental and related services, from Saratoga Investment Advisors, a New York-based investment management firm.
