Cortec Group completed the acquisition of Enthusiast Auto Holdings from Bertram.

Cortec Group, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Enthusiast Auto Holdings, a platform that invests in and helps operate brands in the automotive performance industry, from Bertram. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Bertram's vision and operational support, particularly with its Bertram Labs team, helped us transform EAH.
