Osceola Capital completed the acquisition of Healthcents.

Osceola Capital, a lower middle-market private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Healthcents, a firm that specializes in payer contracting, reimbursement analysis and revenue cycle management. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Small and medium healthcare providers are a massively underserved segment, particularly from a payor contracting standpoint. Healthcents helps providers optimize their contracting strategy, a vital element of the provider's business model and ability to generate revenue.
