Pentland Group completed the acquisition of PVH's Speedo North America business for $170m.

Pentland Group, a manufacturer of clothes and fashion accessories, completed the acquisition of clothing manufacturer PVH's Speedo North America business for $170m. “The completion of the Speedo North America acquisition, during these uncertain times, demonstrates our long-term commitment to the business and our passion for building a truly global brand.
