Capital Croissance, an investment company, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Cheminees Seguin Duteriez, a heating equipment provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We wanted to bring into the capital a partner sharing entrepreneurial and family values, capable of supporting us in the many avenues of development.
