Informa to acquire F1000 Research.

Informa, a British multinational events and publishing company, agreed to acquire F1000 Research, a publisher of services for life scientists and clinical researchers. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Under the leadership of Annie Callanan in Taylor & Francis, we are deepening our Open Access and also now our Open Research capabilities," Stephen A.
