Horizon Capital-backed DMC completed the acquisition of Condor, Systems Technology and CSL.

Horizon Capital-backed DMC, a provider of managed print services and document management systems, completed the acquisition of Condor Office Solutions, a provider of print services, Systems Technology, a provider of premium devices, managed-print services and IT solutions, and CSL Business Machines, a provider of office machinery. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Condor, Systems Technology and CSL are exceptional businesses and strongly complement our existing Group.
