Sabio Group completed the acquisition of Team vision.

Horizon Capital-backed Sabio Group, which delivers solutions and services that seamlessly combine digital and human interactions to support customer experiences, completed its acquisition of Team vision, a specialist provider of contact centre and CX solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "By combining Team vision with our existing business in Spain, we have established an independent CX leader with critical mass in Enterprise and CCaaS technologies.
