DIAS Software, an inhouse integrated software solutions provider, completed the acquisition of Financial Intermediaries business of Unit4, a software company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With this acquisition and because DIAS Software is an independent company, we can fully focus on our customers. In the coming year, we will be fully committed to further innovation of our software products, so that they will be prepared for the future,” Fred Lingg, Unit4 Managing Director.
