AFV Partners, a private equity fund that invests in long-term mission-critical software and data businesses, completed the acquisition of Aircraft Performance Group, a global provider of proprietary flight operations software solutions to the aftermarket of the global aerospace industry, from Liberty Hall Capital Partners, a private equity firm focused on investing in the aerospace and defense industry. Financial terms were not disclosed.
