Wolf Home Products, a supplier of kitchen cabinets and building products, agreed to acquire Carstin Kitchen & Bath Surfaces, a fabricator and supplier of marble, granite, quartz and solid surface countertops. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Wolf Home Products is very excited about the acquisition of Carstin Kitchen & Bath Surfaces and the synergy that our two brands will bring to the market.
