GI Partners completed the acquisition of a majority stake in DR Fortress.

GI Partners, a private investment firm, completed its acquisition of a majority stake in DR Fortress, a provider of network-neutral colocation and cloud services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Our partnership with the GI’s data infrastructure team will greatly accelerate the timeline to help us make Hawaii a major digital hub in the Pacific. We are working on multiple projects that will support the development of the technology economy in Hawaii, as well as the broader Pacific region," Fred Rodi, DR Fortress President.
