GI Partners, a private investment firm, completed its acquisition of a majority stake in DR Fortress, a provider of network-neutral colocation and cloud services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Our partnership with the GI’s data infrastructure team will greatly accelerate the timeline to help us make Hawaii a major digital hub in the Pacific.
