United Petfood completed the acquisition of Dutch IAMS Europe from Spectrum Brands.

United Petfood, an international pet food manufacturer, completed the acquisition of Dutch IAMS Europe, a pet food manufacturing plant, from Spectrum Brands, a global consumer products company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The takeover of the Coevorden plant offers new growth opportunities and helps us consolidate our position on the European market. The production site also brings additional capacity and new technological possibilities that will enable us to further upgrade our customer service," United Petfood.
