Wise Road Capital completed the acquisition of UTAC Holdings from Affinity Equity Partners and TPG Capital.

Private equity firm Wise Road Capital completed the acquisition of UTAC Holdings, which provides semiconductor assembly and testing services for semiconductor chips, from Affinity Equity Partners and TPG Capital. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are excited to officially begin our journey with UTAC and look forward to enabling the company to accelerate its revenue growth, operational scale and product development initiatives," Michael Zhang, Wise Road Capital Managing Partner.
