Evolver completed the acquisition of Nolliplan.

Evolver, a Finnish-Swedish investor, completed the acquisition of a controlling interest in Micro Aided Design, an importer and localizer of Graphisoft ArchiCAD, Graphisoft Norway, a provider of innovative digital tools and tailored services, and Nolliplan, a software development company, in parallel transactions. Financial terms were not disclosed. ”Together we are much stronger than we were on our own.
