Envirosuite completed the acquisition of EMS Brüel & Kjaer from Spectris for $59m.

Envirosuite, an environmental consulting services company, completed the acquisition of EMS Brüel & Kjaer, an airport noise and vibration monitoring provider, from Spectris, a supplier of precision instrumentation and controls, for $59m. "The acquisition will see accelerated growth opportunities for both organisations, providing access to capital, a deeper product offering, geographical footprint and customer base, with synergies across operations and markets. It will also provide increased R&D investment and focus in the environmental monitoring sector," Envirosuite.
