Private investors Dirk Schneider, Gerd Buehler and Hans-Christian Limmer completed the acquisition of Hans Im Glück Burger, a burger chain, from Thomas Hirschberger. Financial terms were not disclosed. The new shareholders primarily intend to strengthen and further expand the franchise system.
