OceanSound Partners completed the investment in Trident Technologies.

OceanSound Partners, a private equity firm focused on making control investments in middle-market technology and technology-enabled companies, completed the investment in Trident Technologies, a provider of advanced IT, engineering, and programmatic solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are excited to embark on the next phase of Trident’s growth in partnership with OceanSound.
