China Electronics to acquire Pactera Group from HNA Group for $750m.

China Electronics, an electronics and IT corporation, agreed to acquire Pactera Group, a provider of digital consulting, experience interaction, technology implementation, and operations services, from HNA Group for $750m. "We firmly believe that Pactera will have broader room to grow and add values to our clients," Tiak Koon Loh, Pactera CEO.
