Nimbus to acquire Joseph Dresselhaus.

Nimbus, a German-Dutch industrial holding, agreed to acquire Joseph Dresselhaus, which supplies screws and fastenings parts. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition is still subject to approval by the relevant antitrust authorities in Germany and Turkey. Dresselhaus, together with Nimbus, will implement the optimization processes that have already been introduced even more efficiently, make further investments and concentrate on sustainable and profitable growth in Germany and abroad.
