Carrefour completed the acquisition of Potager City.

Carrefour, a French food retailer, completed the acquisition of Potager City, the distributor of online subscription-based boxes of extra-fresh and seasonal fruit & vegetables. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With this acquisition, Carrefour is strengthening its food e-commerce offering.
