Mitsubishi Chemical to acquire c-m-p for $38m.

Mitsubishi Chemical, a global manufacturer of high-performance materials, agreed to acquire c-m-p, a customized prepregs and textiles manufacturer, for $38m. "Becoming an important part of the large global network of Mitsubishi Chemical will allow to develop c-m-p to the next level becoming an even stronger technical and commercial prepreg partner to its customers," Rolf Dothagen, c-m-p Managing Director.
