EMZ and Siparex to acquire Jacky Perrenot.

EMZ, a private equity firm, and Siparex, an independent French private equity group, agreed to acquire Jacky Perrenot, a French road carrier. Financial terms were not disclosed. EMZ and Siparex structured the acquisition of Jacky Perrenot alongside Philippe Givone, Jacky Perrenot CEO, to provide liquidity to Jacky Perrenot and assist the deployment of the Group’s strategy which mostly relies on relutive external growth, roll-out of green fleet and development in new niche markets.
