Ares Management completed the acquisition of a majority stake in SSG Capital.

Ares Management, an American publicly traded, global alternative asset manager, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in SSG Capital, an Asian alternative asset management firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We believe SSG is the ideal partner for Ares to further expand into the strategically important Asian region.
