Summer Street Capital Partners-backed Action Environmental Group completed the merger with Prophet Equity-backed Apex Environmental. The merged Apex-Action company conducts operations under the Interstate Waste Services brand, the largest privately-held, vertically-integrated provider of solid waste collection, transfer, recycling and disposal services serving the greater New York City and Northern New Jersey markets. Littlejohn led the equity financing to facilitate the transaction. Financial terms were not disclosed.
