Linden-backed Pinnacle Treatment Centers completed the acquisition of Aegis Treatment Centers.

Linden-backed Pinnacle Treatment Centers, which provides healthcare services, completed the acquisition of Aegis Treatment Centers, a provider of outpatient opioid treatment programs. Financial terms were not disclosed. Following the union with Aegis, Pinnacle will provide substance use disorder treatment to more than 28k patients daily through a full continuum of care and an integrated network of community-based inpatient and outpatient facilities in seven states.
