Liberta Partners completed the acquisition of Ameropa from Deutsche Bahn.

Liberta Partners, a multi-family holding based in Munich, completed the acquisition of Ameropa-Reisen, a provider of travel modules and package tours, from Deutsche Bahn, a German railway company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Ameropa continues to stand for holidays by train. Many Ameropa customers are rail customers and we want more to come. We also pursued the demand for climate-friendly travel when looking for a suitable buyer and we are very much looking forward to continuing the Ameropa success story with Liberta Partners,” Michael Peterson, DB CEO.
