C.H. Robinson to acquire Prime Distribution Services from Roadrunner Transportation for $225m.

C.H. Robinson, a provider of multimodal transportation services and third-party logistics, agreed to acquire Prime Distribution Services, a provider of retail consolidation solutions, from Roadrunner Transportation, an asset-light transportation and supply chain solutions provider, for $225m. “Prime Distribution brings capabilities and synergies to our North American Surface Transportation business and allows us to provide a strategic advantage for our customers delivering to retailers.
