CenterOak Partners-backed FullSpeed Automotive to acquire American LubeFast.

CenterOak Partners-backed FullSpeed Automotive, an automotive aftermarket services platform, agreed to acquire American LubeFast, a provider of quick lube services with 50 total locations in Georgia, Florida, Mississippi and Alabama. Financial terms were not disclosed. "FullSpeed has been actively expanding over the last 26 months to better serve customers in key regions.
