IATA to acquire a majority stake in Anterin.

Publicly-listed Indonesia Transport & Infrastructure is set to acquire a majority stake in Anterin, a ride-hailing company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "IATA chooses Anterin because of its vision. Anterin is created to make changes in current ride-hailing operation," Wishnu Handoyono, IATA vice president director.
